വിവാദങ്ങളുടെ വര്ഷമായിരുന്നു 2010, വിവാദത്തില് അകപ്പെട്ട് മുഖം നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടവരും തെറ്റുകാരല്ലെന്ന് തെളിയിച്ച് പ്രതിച്ഛായമെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തിയവരുമുണ്ട് നമുക്ക് ചുറ്റും. രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിലായാലും, കായികലോകത്തായാലും എന്തിന് കലാരംഗത്തുപോലും വിവാദം മാറിനിന്നില്ല. പലപ്പോഴും സംഭവങ്ങള് വിവാദങ്ങളായി പരിണമിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
വിവാദങ്ങളില് നിന്നും അകന്നുനില്ക്കാന് കഴിഞ്ഞ രാഷ്ട്രീയപാര്ട്ടികളില്ല. എന്നത്തെയും പോലെ അപകടങ്ങളും മരണങ്ങളും മനുഷ്യമനസ്സാക്ഷിയെ മരവിപ്പിച്ചു. വിലക്കയറ്റം സാധാരണക്കാരന്റെ നടുവൊടിച്ചു. കൊള്ളയും കോഴയും അരങ്ങുവാണു. കഴിഞ്ഞ 12മാസങ്ങളില് ഉണ്ടായ പ്രധാന സംഭവങ്ങളിലേയ്ക്ക് അതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ഒണ്ഇന്ത്യ മലയാളം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച വാര്ത്തകളിലേയ്ക്ക് ഒന്നു തിരിഞ്ഞുനോക്കാം...

വംഗനാടിനെ മൂന്ന് പതിറ്റാണ്ടോളം ചെങ്കോട്ടയാക്കി കാത്തുസൂക്ഷിച്ച മുന് ബംഗാള് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ജ്യോതി ബസുവിന്റെ അന്ത്യം ഇന്ത്യന് രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിനേറ്റ നികത്താനാവാത്ത നഷ്ടമായിരുന്നു. കഴിഞ്ഞ ക്രിസ്മസ് കാലത്ത് ആശുപത്രിയില് പ്രവേശിപ്പിയ്ക്കപ്പെട്ട ബസു ഏതാനും ആഴ്ചകള് ആശുപത്രിയില് കഴിഞ്ഞതിന് ശേഷമാണ് അന്തരിച്ചത്. ഈ ദിവസങ്ങളില് രാജ്യത്തെ പൗരപ്രമുഖരെല്ലാം കൊല്ക്കത്തയിലേക്ക് പ്രവഹിയ്ക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഒടുവില് ജനുവരി ആറിന് ചുവന്ന നക്ഷത്രം അസ്തമിച്ചു. ബംഗാളില് ഇടതുമുന്നണി കനത്ത വെല്ലുവിളി നേരിടുന്ന കാലഘട്ടത്തില് ബസുവിന്റെ വിയോഗം അവര്ക്ക് കനത്ത പ്രഹരമായി.
2010 was full of big events those were negative in nature. Internationally Haiti Earthquake, Oil Spill were important. In Indian national scene IPL row, attack against indians in Australia, revelations about God man Nithyananda, Air crash in Mangalapuram were very important. CWG scam, 2G Spectrum Scam were other issues with national importance. Maoists were killing innocent people in Chatisgarh and West Bengal. In Kerala Lavlin Case and Choping teachers hand by extremists for putting a sensitive question in a question paper were hot. Shashi Tharoor also was in the news for some time since his name was also in IPL row. Later he lost his Central Ministerial ship. This is a sneak peak in the the main news items which Oneindia Malayalam published about these issues during 2010.
