വഴിയോരയോഗം: ബില്‍ എതിര്‍പ്പില്ലാതെ പാസാക്കി

തിരുവനന്തപുരം: വഴിയോരത്ത് യോഗം ചേരുന്നതില്‍ ഭരണ പ്രതിപക്ഷ കക്ഷികള്‍ക്ക് പൂര്‍ണ യോജിപ്പ്. ചര്‍ച്ച പോലും ഇല്ലാതെയാണ് ഈ ബില്‍ പാസാക്കിയത്. നിബന്ധനകള്‍ക്ക് വിധേയമായി റോഡില്‍ യോഗം ചേരാന്‍ അനുവദിയ്ക്കുന്ന ബില്ലിന് ഫെബ്രവരി 17 വ്യാഴാഴ്ച നിയമസഭ അനുമതി

2011ലെ കേരള പൊതുപാതകള്‍ (സംഘം ചേരലിനും ജാഥകള്‍ക്കും നിയന്ത്രണം ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തല്‍) ബില്‍ ആണ് നിയമസഭ ഏകകണ്ഠമായി അംഗീകരിച്ചത് ചര്‍ച്ച കൂടാതെയായിരുന്നു ഇത്.

ഹൈകോടതി വിധി മറികടക്കാനാണ് ഈ നിയമം. വഴിയോരയോഗങ്ങളും പ്രകടനങ്ങളും നിരോധിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതായിരുന്നു ഹൈക്കോടതിവിധി. നേരത്തെ അനുമതിയോടെ ഫീസ് അടച്ച് ലൈസന്‍സ് നല്‍കി യോഗങ്ങളും പ്രകടനങ്ങളും നടത്താന്‍ അനുവദിക്കാമെന്നാണ് ബില്ലില്‍ പറയുന്നത്.
