വിതുര: പീറ്ററിനെതാരായ വിചരണ സ്റ്റേ ചെയ്തു

ദില്ലി: വിതുര പെണ്‍ വാണിഭക്കേസില്‍ പ്രതിയായ മുന്‍ അഡീഷനല്‍ ഡയറക്ടര്‍ ഓഫ് പ്രോസിക്യൂഷന്‍ കെ.സി. പീറ്ററിനെതിരായ വിചാരണ സുപ്രീം കോടതി സ്‌റ്റേ ചെയ്തു.

കേസില്‍ നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കണമെന്ന പീറ്ററിന്റെ ഹര്‍ജിയിലാണ് നടപടി. കേസില്‍ സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാരിന് സുപ്രീംകോടതി നോട്ടീസ് അയച്ചു.

കേസിലെ എട്ടാം പ്രതിയാണ് കെ.സി.പീറ്റര്‍. കേസില്‍ നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കണമെന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് നേരത്തെ ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കിലും ഹര്‍ജി തള്ളുകയായിരുന്നു.
