ഇറ്റാനഗര്: അരുണാചല് പ്രദേശ് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ദോര്ജി ഖണ്ഡു സഞ്ചരിച്ച ഹെലികോപ്റ്ററിന്റെ അവശിഷ്ടം കണ്ടെത്തിയതായി റിപ്പോര്ട്ട്. ഐഎസ്ആര്ഒ ഉപഗ്രഹത്തില് നിന്നു ലഭിച്ച ചിത്രങ്ങളിലാണു വിമാനാവശിഷ്ടങ്ങളെന്നു സംശയിക്കുന്ന ചില ലോഹവസ്തുക്കള് ചിതറിക്കിടക്കുന്നതായി കണ്ടത്. എന്നാല് ഹെലികോപ്റ്റര് തകര്ന്നകാര്യം ഔദ്യോഗികമായി സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.
അരുണാചല് ഭൂട്ടാന് അതിര്ത്തിയിലെ സേലാ പാസിനു സമീപം നാഗാജിജി മേഖലയിലാണ് അവശിഷ്ടം കണ്ടെത്തിയത്. കരയില് നിന്ന് ഏകദേശം 13,700 അടി ഉയരത്തിലുളള മേഖലയില് എത്തിപ്പെടുക ദുഷ്ക്കരമാണ്. മോശം കാലാവസ്ഥയും ദൗത്യത്തെ ബാധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
മേഖലയിലേക്കു സൈന്യം പുറപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും വൈകുന്നേരത്തോടെ ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ച സ്ഥിരീകരണം ലഭിക്കുമെന്നും കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രി വി. നാരായണസ്വാമി അറിയിച്ചു.
