കൊല്ലം: മുന്ജലവിഭവ മന്ത്രി എന്കെ പ്രേമചന്ദ്രന് വധഭീഷണി. മുല്ലപ്പെരിയാര് വിഷയത്തില് തമിഴ്നാടിന് എതിരെ ശക്തമായ നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിച്ച പ്രേമചന്ദ്രനെ കൊല്ലുമെന്ന് ഭീഷണി മുഴക്കുന്ന കത്ത് പ്രേമചന്ദ്രന്റെ കൊല്ലത്തെ വീട്ടിലാണു ലഭിച്ചത്.
പ്രേമചന്ദ്രന് ജലവിഭവ വകുപ്പ് ഭരിയ്ക്കുന്ന കാലത്ത് കേരളം മുല്ലപ്പെരിയാര് വ്യവഹാരത്തില് സുപ്രീം കോടതിയില് നിര്ണായകമുന്തൂക്കം നേടിയിരുന്നു.
തമിഴ്നാട്ടിലെ കമ്പത്തു നിന്നാണ് ഇംഗ്ലീഷിലുള്ള കത്ത് പോസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. കത്ത് തിങ്കളാഴ്ച മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിക്കു കൈമാറുമെന്നു പ്രേമചന്ദ്രന് അറിയിച്ചു.
Former water resources minister and RSP leader N K Premachandran received a death threat for taking a stand against Tamil Nadu in the Mullaperiyar issue. The death threat was received through a letter sent from Kambam, Tamil Nadu.
