ബാംഗ്ലൂര്: രാജ്യത്തെ മൂന്നാമത്തെ വലിയ സോഫ്റ്റ് വേര് കമ്പനിയായ വിപ്രോയില് ഉന്നതതല ജീവനക്കാരുടെ കൊഴിഞ്ഞു പോക്ക് തുടരുന്നു. കമ്പനി സിഇഒ ആയി ടികെ കുര്യന് സ്ഥാനമേറ്റ ശേഷം കഴിഞ്ഞ 3 മാസത്തിനിടെ നാല് ഉന്നത ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരാണ് കമ്പനി വിട്ടു പോയത്. ഇവര് മൂന്നു പേരും വിപ്രോയുടെ മുന് ജോയിന്റ് സിഇഒ ആയിരുന്ന സുരേഷ് വാസ്വാനിയ്ക്കൊപ്പം കമ്പ്യൂട്ടര് നിര്മ്മാണ കമ്പനിയായ ഡെല്ലില് ചേര്ന്നു.
ഇതില് വിപ്രോയില് സെയില്സ് ആന്ഡ് ഓപ്പറേഷന്സ് വിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ മേധാവിയായിരുന്ന സിദ് നായര് ഡെല്ലില് ആരോഗ്യപരിരക്ഷാ വിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ മേധാവിയായി ചുമതലയേറ്റു. കഴിഞ്ഞ രണ്ടു മാസമായി ഇദ്ദേഹം ഡല്ലില് പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചു വരികയാണ്.
എന്നാല് ഈ മാറ്റങ്ങള് കമ്പനി പുനസംഘടനയുടെ ഭാഗം മാത്രമാണെന്നാണ് വിപ്രോ അധികൃതര് പറയുന്നത്.
The country's third largest software exporter, Wipro, is facing more churn as several senior executives have quit in another round of high-level exits from the company after TK Kurien took over as CEO in January. At least four executives have quit in the last three months, said people with knowledge of these exits.
