ദില്ലി: കോണ്ഗ്രസിന്റെ യുവനേതാവ് രാഹുല് ഗാന്ധി തത്തയല്ലെന്ന് കോണ്ഗ്രസ് വക്താവ് രേണുക ചൗധരി. അണ്ണാ ഹസാരെ വിഷയത്തില് രാഹുല് മൗനം പാലിക്കുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് ചോദിച്ചപ്പോളാണ് രേണുകയുടെ ഈ മറുപടി.
രാജ്യത്തെ മറ്റു പൗരന്മാരെപ്പോലെ രാഹുലിനും അഭിപ്രായ സ്വാതന്ത്യമുണ്ട്. ആവശ്യമെന്നു തോന്നുമ്പോള് അദ്ദേഹം പ്രതികരിക്കും. രാഹുല് ഒരു തത്തയല്ല-രേണുക പറഞ്ഞു.
അണ്ണാ ഹസാരെ വിഷയം ആളിക്കത്തുമ്പോള് സോണിയാ ഗാന്ധിയുടെ അഭാവം കോണ്ഗ്രസിനെ വലയ്ക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. സോണിയ നാലംഗ സമിതിയെ നിയോഗിച്ചിട്ടും ഹസാരെ വിഷയം പരിഹരിക്കാനാവാത്തതെന്തെന്ന ചോദ്യത്തിന് സമിതിയെ നിയോഗിച്ചത് പാര്ട്ടി പ്രവര്ത്തനങ്ങള്ക്ക് മേല്നോട്ടം വഹിക്കാനാണെന്നായിരുന്നു മറുപടി.
Congress defended Rahul Gandhi's silence on Anna Hazare's protest, saying the heir apparent was not a parrot to talk as per the wishes of the media. AICC spokesperson Renuka Chowdhary was asked about the Hazare standoff and the controversy triggered by the government's flip flops on his protest. Asked why Rahul had not spoken on the issue, she said he too enjoyed constitutional freedom of speech like Anna.
