എല്ലാവർക്കും തുല്യ നീതി ഉറപ്പാക്കിയാൽ മാത്രമെ രാജ്യത്ത് പുരോഗതിയുണ്ടാകുവെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. ദില്ലിയിൽ അധികാര ദല്ലാളുമാരുടെ സാന്നിധ്യം ഇല്ലാതാക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്. യുപിഎ സർക്കാരിന്റെ പാത പിന്തുടർന്നെങ്കിൽ രാജ്യത്ത് പുരോഗതിയുണ്ടാകാൻ ദശകങ്ങൾ കാത്തിരിക്കേണ്ടി വന്നേനെയെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. പാവപ്പെട്ട ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ആരോഗ്യ സുരക്ഷ പദ്ധതി സെപ്റ്റംബർ 25ന് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്യുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
