മുംബൈ: ടെലിവിഷന് റിയാലിറ്റി പരിപാടികളായ ബിഗ് ബോസും രാഖി കാ ഇന്സാഫും രാത്രി 11 മണിയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം മാത്രമേ സംപ്രേഷണം ചെയ്യാവൂ എന്ന സര്ക്കാര് നിയന്ത്രണത്തിന് കോടതി ഇളവ്. അശ്ലീലം കൂടുന്നു എന്ന കാരണത്താല് ഈ രണ്ട് പരിപാടികളും രാത്രി 11 മണിയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം സംപ്രേഷണം ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് വാര്ത്താ വിതരണ പ്രക്ഷേപണ മന്ത്രാലയം നിഷ്കര്ഷിച്ചത്.
ഇതിനെതിരെ മുംബൈ ഹൈ കോടതിയില് സമര്പ്പിച്ച ഹര്ജിയിലാണ് സംപ്രേഷണം ഒമ്പത് മണിയ്ക്ക് തന്നെ തുടരാന് കോടതി നിര്ദ്ദേശിച്ചത്.
സര്ക്കാരിന്റെ നിര്ദ്ദേശം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടും കളേഴ്സ് ചാനല് ബിഗ് ബോസ് നവംബര് 17 ബുധനാഴ്ച രാത്രി ഒമ്പത് മണിയ്ക്ക് തന്നെ സംപ്രേഷണം ചെയ്തു. ഇത് സര്ക്കാരിനെ ചൊടിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
കളേഴ്സ് ചാനലിന്റെ ഉടമകളായ വയാകോം 18 ആണ് സര്ക്കാരിന്റെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിനെതിരെ കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചത്. സര്ക്കാര് ഏര്പ്പെടുത്തിയ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിന് കൃത്യമായ ദിവസം നിര്ദ്ദേശിച്ചിരുന്നില്ലെന്നായിരുന്നു ചാനല് ഉടമസ്ഥരുടെ വാദം.
Colors, the channel which airs Salman Khan hosted Big Boss, dragged the government in Bombay High Court on Thursday, Nov 18 and finally won a reprieve. The show now will be broadcasted at its regular time at 9 pm. Claiming the two reality shows as "Adult Shows", Information and Broadcasting (I&B) Ministry on Nov 17 ordered Big Boss and Raakhi Ka Insaaf, which airs on Imagine, to air after 11 pm.
