ദില്ലി: ബാബറി മസ്ജിദ് തകര്ത്തത് ഒരു സാധാരണ സംഭവം മാത്രമാണെന്ന് സുപ്രീംകോടതി. ബാബറി മസ്ജിദ് തകര്ത്ത സംഭവത്തില് ബിജെപി നേതാവ് എല്.കെ.അദ്വാനി, ശിവസേന നേതാവ് ബാല് താക്കറെ എന്നിവരടക്കം 18 പേര്ക്കെതിരേ കേസ് എടുക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് സിബിഐ സമര്പ്പിച്ച ഹര്ജി പരിഗണയ്ക്കവേയാണ് കോടതി ഇത്തരമൊരു പരാമര്ശം നടത്തിയത്.
ഹര്ജിയില് വാദം തുടങ്ങുന്നതിന് മുന്പ് സോളിസിറ്റര് ജനറല് പ്രസിദ്ധമായ ബാബറി മസ്ജിദ് കേസെന്ന് വിശേഷിപ്പിച്ചു. ഇതിനെ തുടര്ന്നാണ് കോടതി മറ്റെല്ലാം സംഭവങ്ങളെയും പോലെ ഇതും ഒരു സാധാരണ സംഭവം മാത്രമാണെന്ന് കോടതി അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു.
ജസ്റ്റിസുമാരായ എച്ച് എല് ദത്തു, സി കെ പ്രസാദ് എന്നിവരടങ്ങിയ ഡിവിഷന് ബെഞ്ചാണ് ഇത്തരമൊരു അഭിപ്രായപ്രകടനം നടത്തിയത്. എല് കെ അദ്വാനി, കല്യാണ് സിംഗ്, ഉമാ ഭാരതി എന്നിവരടക്കമുള്ള 21 പേര്ക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞ മാര്ച്ച് നാലിന് സുപ്രീം കോടതി നോട്ടീസ് അയച്ചിരുന്നു.
