ദുബൈ: പ്രശസ്തമായ ദുബൈ എയര്ഷോ നവംബര് 13ന് ആരംഭിക്കുമെന്ന് സംഘാടകര് വാര്ത്താസമ്മേളനത്തില് അറിയിച്ചു. 50ഓളം രാജ്യങ്ങളില് നിന്നുള്ള ആയിരത്തോളം കമ്പനികള് ഇത്തവണ മേളയില് പങ്കെടുക്കും.
അഞ്ചു ദിവസം നീണ്ടു നില്ക്കുന്ന മേള കാണാന് അരലക്ഷത്തോളം പേരെത്തുമെന്നാണ് കണക്കുകൂട്ടുന്നത്. ദുബൈ ഗവണ്മെന്റ്, സിവില് ഏവിയേഷന് അതോറിറ്റി, ദുബൈ എയര്പോര്ട്സ്, സായുധ സേന എന്നിവയുടെ സഹകരണത്തോടെ ഫെയേഴ്സ് ആന്റ് എക്സിബിറ്റേഴ്സ് ലിമിറ്റഡാണ് ഷോ സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.
വിവിധ വലിപ്പത്തിലുള്ള 100 വിമാനങ്ങള് ഒരേ സമയം പ്രദര്ശിപ്പിക്കാന് കഴിയുന്ന വിധം 3.25 ലക്ഷം ചതുരശ്രമീറ്ററിലാണ് പ്രദര്ശന നഗരി ഒരുക്കുന്നതെന്ന് ഫെയേഴ്സ് ആന്റെ എക്സിബിറ്റേഴ്സ് ലിമിറ്റഡ് എംഡി അലിസന് വെല്ലര് അറിയിച്ചു. രണ്ടു വര്ഷത്തിലൊരിക്കലാണ് ദുബൈ എയര്ഷോ നടക്കാറുള്ളത്.
Running from 13 to 17 November 2011 at Airport Expo, the Dubai Airshow is the foremost aerospace event in the Middle East.lison Weller, Managing Director of F&E Aerospace, was addressing a press briefing on the airshow, and explained: “The main objective of the Dubai Airshow is to provide a platform for exhibitors to network with the aerospace industry and market here in the Middle East. As the show grows and develops, this expands and now 20 percent of our visitor attendance comes from outside the region.
