ദില്ലി: കോടതിയലക്ഷ്യക്കേസില് ഹൈക്കോടതി ആറു മാസത്തെ തടവിനു ശിക്ഷിച്ച സിപിഐ എം സംസ്ഥാന കമ്മറ്റിയംഗം എം വി ജയരാജന് വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച സുപ്രീം കോടതിയില് അപ്പീല് നല്കും. പാതയോരത്തെ പൊതുയോഗം നിരോധിച്ച ഹൈക്കോടതി വിധിയ്ക്കെതിരെയുള്ള പ്രതിഷേധത്തിനിടെ ജഡ്ജിമാരെ ശുംഭന്മാരെന്ന് വിളിച്ചതാണ് കോടതിലക്ഷ്യത്തിന് കാരണമായത്. നിയമപരമായ നടപടികള് തുടരുന്നതിനാണ് സുപ്രീം കോടതിയില് അപ്പീല് നല്കുന്നത്.
ഹൈക്കോടതി വിധിയ്ക്കെതിരെ രൂക്ഷമായ വിമര്ശനങ്ങളാണ് സിപിഎം ഉയര്ത്തുന്നത്. അപ്പീല് നല്കാനുള്ള സമയം പോലും അനുവദിക്കാതെയാണ് കോടതി ജയരാജനെ ജയിലിലടച്ചതും പാര്ട്ടിയെ പ്രകോപിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. പിണറായി വിജയനും വിഎസും അടക്കമുള്ള നേതാക്കള് ജയരാജനെ പുഴുവിനെ ഉപമിച്ച കോടതിയുടെ നടപടിയെയും രൂക്ഷമായി വിമര്ശിച്ചിരുന്നു.
വിധിയില് പ്രതിഷേധിച്ച് നവംബര് 14 ന് ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ മുന്നില് ബഹുജന പ്രതിഷേധമടക്കമുള്ള പരിപാടികളും ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
