ലഖ്നോ: രാഹുലിന്റെ ആന പരാമര്ശത്തിന് മറുപടിയുമായി യുപി മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി മായാവതി രംഗത്തെത്തി. ബിഎസ്പിയുടെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ചിഹ്നമായ ആന കോണ്ഗ്രസിന്റെ യുവനേതാവിന് പേടിസ്വപ്നമാവുകയാണെന്നായിരുന്നു മായാവതി പറഞ്ഞത്. ബിഎസ്പിയെ ഭയക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടാണ് രാഹുല് പാര്ലമെന്റില് പോലും പങ്കെടുക്കാതെ യുപിയില് പ്രചാരണത്തിനെത്തിയത്. തങ്ങളുടെ പരിതാപകരമായ അവസ്ഥയില് കോണ്ഗ്രസ് നേതാക്കള് ഏറെ അസ്വസ്ഥരാണെന്നും മായാവതി പറഞ്ഞു.
യുപി മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി മായാവതിയ്ക്കെതിരെ രൂക്ഷവിമര്ശനവുമായി എഐസിസി ജനറല് സെക്രട്ടറി രാഹുല് ഗാന്ധി രംഗത്തു വന്നിരുന്നു. യുപിയിലെ പാവപ്പെട്ടവര്ക്കായി കേന്ദ്രസര്ക്കാര് അനുവദിക്കുന്ന ഫണ്ടുകള് ലഖ്നൊവിലെ ആന തിന്നുതീര്ക്കുകയാണെന്നായിരുന്നു രാഹുലിന്റെ ആരോപണം. തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പില് ആ ആനയെ ജനങ്ങള് തുരത്തുമെന്നും രാഹുല് പറഞ്ഞു.
മായാവതിയുടെ പാര്ട്ടിയായ ബഹുജന് സമാജ് വാദി പാര്ട്ടിയുടെ ചിഹ്നമാണ് ആന. മായവാതി ആനയുടെ പ്രതിമകള് സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനെ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ടാണ് രാഹുല് ഇത്തരത്തിലൊരു പരാമര്ശം നടത്തിയത്.
